Mcleigh Holding Limited (MHL) is a wholly owned Ghanaian company set up in 2017 to provide bespoke technology solutions, security services and logistics solutions. We also specialize in General Merchants and deliveries.

Our Mission

MHL is committed to providing the highest quality commercial construction and logistics support services available by exceeding the expectations of our customers.

  1. Management Functions: Our management system ensures the compliance of team to the following four critical management functions.
  2. Planning: Defining goals, establishing strategy and developing sub-plans to coordinate activities through a flexible management approach.
  3. Organizing: Determining what needs to be done, how it will be done and who is to do it.
  4. Leading: Directing and motivating all relevant stakeholders through internal and on-site training, employee suggestions and conflict resolution.
